Why This Matters Now

The EB-5 program has never been more relevant for Indian investors but the compliance landscape has never been more complex. With FEMA regulations governing outward remittances, RBI oversight on foreign investments, and USCIS scrutiny of source of funds documentation, Indian investors face a uniquely layered set of challenges that most EB-5 advisors are not equipped to address.

This webinar brings together EB-5 investment advisory, RBI & FEMA compliance, and US immigration law in a single session designed specifically for the Indian investor who wants to do this right.
